Safety is Our Number One Priority!
At Pals Electric Inc., we consider safety to be our number one priority.
We require each new employee to undergo a number of stringent safety training courses. CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30, Ariel Lift Training and ForkLift training are just a few of our basic requirements.
Ongoing Mandatory Safety Education
In addition, every worker must participate in ongoing mandatory safety education. We hold weekly toolbox talks via NECA’s Safety Meeting App along with quarterly in house safety meetings. This investment is made to protect our workers as they truly are a part of my family. Our efforts and our employees willingness to participate has helped us in our goal of eliminating the cause of all work place injuries. These efforts have helped us achieve a current EMR rating of .80 and an average of .80 for the last 5 years.
